This strategic public relations plan, along with Bospar’s politely pushy approach, was a success!
First, Bospar’s PR professionals secured media coverage in IGN. Eric Song, IGN’s commerce manager, wrote about a deal the company was offering on its P41. The client was thrilled.
But our PR really caught fire a few weeks later when Prime Day pitching yielded coverage in:
- Tom’s Hardware: Zhiye Liu noted the client’s “impressive performance and pricing.”
- PCWorld: Reporter Gabriela Vatu called the Beetle a “blazing-fast portable SSD we love” while journalist Alaina Yee included the client’s products in her best deals story.
- Cyber World Technologies: The founder of this media outlet included Bospar’s client in their “Best Prime Day deals on SSDs and storage 2025” report.
- 9to5Toys: Karthik Iyer wrote the enthusiastic story titled “SK hynix’s Beetle X31 portable SSD fits 1TB of storage in the palm of your hand, now down to its lowest price at $63.”
- 9to5Mac: Senior editor Justin Kahn noted Karthik’s coverage in his Prime Day roundup.
Bospar’s media outreach also resulted in coverage in Android Police, GamesRadar+ (Duncan Robertson reporting), The Guru of 3D, PC Perspective, IGN (Robert Anderson reporting), Windows Central (Cale Hunt reporting), World of Software and Yahoo Tech.
